Pros of buying Hayward IDL obsolete display heaters (250-400):1. Cost-effective: Since these heaters are obsolete, they might be sold at a lower price than their newer counterparts, making them a budget-friendly option.
2. Availability: Older models are often easier to find in the second-hand market, which can save time and effort in searching for a new heater.
3. Replacement Parts: Obsolete models may still have replacement parts available, making it easier to maintain and repair the heater if needed.
Cons of buying Hayward IDL obsolete display heaters (250-400):1. Limited Features: Obsolete models may not have the latest features and energy-saving technologies found in newer models.
2. Limited Warranty: Due to their age, the warranty coverage for these heaters may be limited or non-existent.
3. Technical Support: Older models may have limited technical support available, making it harder to troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Conclusion: While obsolete Hayward IDL display heaters can be a cost-effective option, it's essential to weigh the pros and cons carefully. The lack of modern features and limited warranty coverage can make newer models a better choice in the long run, especially if you require advanced functionality or reliable technical support. Therefore, I would recommend considering purchasing a newer model with more features and better warranty coverage, even if it may cost a bit more upfront.
