What you see in picture is exactly will receive. Almond housing was used for 9 months. Other parts are being thrown in with housing but 9 to 10 years old so no guarantee on black or hardware, what I am selling and guaranteeing is the pump almond color.

I recommend to replace seal in plate. 9 months ago we replaced a housing on to 10 year old pinnacle pump, last week the motor went out and customer decided get whole new pump. Comes with 1 pump housing, impeller, seal plate diffuse gasket 35502, lid and gasket, 4 motor bolts, housing bolts washers, 2 cover screws, mounting plate, drain plugs. The pump was not leaking when it replaced so other parts should be fine.
