It came from the factory leaking at seal shown in pictures with pointer. It has some marks from storage. This is Purechlor CLG115A-010 Salt Cell as pictured. It was replaced and I kept this one hoping to try seal it day but after a few years in the garage is time sell let someone else give.

The top to the body is sealed with what looks like a silicone type sealant but I don't know for sure, see pictures.
