This top is smaller 23 across the bottom than older model and I just ended up buying a whole new sand filter. My mistake is your gain. This top appears to be in good shape and I will include a new gasket that also purchased.

No dome or bolts included. I bought this to replace a top on an older model Hayward sand filter that is no longer manufactured.
